Norway assists Kosovo Serb enclaves

It aims at providing members of Kosovo’s ethnic minorities with funds to start and improve business, creating a stable source of income for their families.

Norway will finance 19 of the 21 projects selected in the first round with EUR 170,000, while Kosovo’s Ministry of Return will provide the rest of the funds.

Ambassador Blankenborg said on the occasion that he saw the program as particularly important, since the money his government set aside provided people with an opportunity to strengthen their economic independence and improve their lives through initiative and entrepreneurship.
