BELGRADE Organized Crime Prosecutor Miljko Radisavljevic stated on Monday that investigation into the Agrobanka case "has just begun". However, he refused to comment on whether former governor of the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) Dejan Soskic would be questioned as part of the investigation. Prosecutor: No comment on possible questioning of Soskic "We do not mention names. We do not want to announce who will be interrogated, who will be covered by the investigation, or who will be charged," Radisavljevic told B92. The Serbian Interior Ministry (MUP) told Tanjug earlier it depends on the Special Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime whether Soskic will be questioned for refusing to submit to the police a report on a special audit of operations in Agrobanka AD. MUP's criminal police asked for the report on the special audit of Agrobanka's operations last September, but the NBS replied that the document is "an official secret," refusing to submit it. Last week, the police arrested former CEO of Agrobanka, Dusan Antonic, his son Milan and several of his associates, who were remanded in custody after interrogation, on suspicion of abusing office and inflicting damages worth EUR 300 million.
