The High Representative of the EU, Josep Borrell, the Special Representative of the EU, Miroslav Lajčak, and the Prime Minister of the temporary Pristina institutions, Albin Kurti, took part in the talks.

An urgent meeting within the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina is being held at the invitation of Borrell, and the focus is on finding a way out of the current crisis in Kosovo and Metohija.

Vučić addressed the public.

"Today, it is clear to everyone who was constructive and who strives for peace and stability. For reasons unclear to me, we failed to reach absolutely any agreement," said Vučić at the beginning of his speech.

"I want to sum up all the impressions and I will address our people. We have sleepless nights and many difficult days ahead of us. When you talk about something in the future, you have to respect those agreements that were signed. They want to respect something that was not even discussed. Certainly, it won't be easy in the coming period," Vučić concluded.
