1. Kosovo has no opportunity...that is what we're seeing to day. Look at the YouTube videos..those are Albanian speaking youth, not Serbian! Listen to what they're are saying!!! It's not Serbian media , it's YOUR people talking!
    (Watcher, 21 April 2015 17:44)

OK, than what?! Are they saying that they want Serbia to save them?! And, even if they were, Serbia can't even properly feed its own children, let alone being able to feed Kosovo. So, I'm not sure again what's the point that you're trying to make. Again, you sound so confused :)
    ----------

Kosovo remains Serbian property with the Albanians making their own rules & regulations, no Serbian interference in their business!
More than autonomy, less than Independence.
    (Watcher, 20 April 2015 19:51)

Well, if that's how you describe the current state of affairs and you are happy with it, that's great. Kosovars are happy too to let you say that "Kosovo remains Serbian property" while they control it and make their own rules & regulations with no Serbian interference in their business. You are more than welcome to label it as "More than autonomy, less than Independence." - not many people in Kosovo would care on how you label it.

So, you are happy with being free to label the situation of Kosovo as you wish, while Kosovars are happy to live outside of Serbia's control, everybody is happy with this arrangement and so problem solved. Not sure what your concerns are!

Sorry mate, but you sound very confused... Which parcel(s) of land/property in Kosovo is/are in dispute? For example, land parcel 6264 in Pristina is owned by a certain B.D. Do you know any other person who is claiming that parcel of land as their property? If not, then I'm not sure what you are talking about!!!
    ----------

Now my point is this (not sure how many times I have to explain it)Somewhere down the line , Serbian & Albanian people will be cutting each others throats AGAIN because people elected to represent each side CANNOT come to an AGREEMENT to avoid this.
    (Watcher, 21 April 2015 17:44)

You can explain that a thousand times, but not sure many people will understand. Albanians have no intention to start cutting the throats of anybody? And, I assume, normal Serbs don't either. So, not sure who is going to cut whose throat!!!!
    ----------

Now Serbia, being a more developed and strategic country, will work it's way out of this quagmire.

I am quite positive that the people who would be making this more than autonomy deal do not agree with you.
    Now the million dollar question.
If Kosovo or Pristina has total autonomy or "more" than autonomy, how does that benefit Serbs saying that Kosovo is a part of Serbia, how does that bring their "Jerusalem" into perspective. As the Albanians primarily control it.
But I think the whole thought process is once both integrate into the EU then it will not be a huge problem. At least that is the hopes. Do I believe the Serbs are going to wait indefinitely to retake Kosovo, not really. It is a changing global world, Kosovo is not going to mean anything to the Serbs of the 2100's they will be globalized. If you have any left. As the borders open and jobs become international, things will change.
Since you understand the mentality of Serbs and know they are going to come back to take "their" land, how can you be so sure they are not going to take the "autonomous" land away from the Albanians.
So far what I have gathered from you speech is that you know that ALL Serbs are Milosevic's just waiting for an opportunity.

You will hopefully find a better army than the last time on the ground. Did you forget that it was Serbia that broke all the deals in what was known as Yugoslavia? There was a deal where Kosovo would be autonomous, and Serbia broke it in 1989. There is no guarantee whatsoever that any deals that you are advocating now won't be broken again in the future. Even the Brussels deals, if Serbia had the power it would not even sign them. Serbia has shown time and again that it understands only force.

About the so called "Serbian mentality", I wish you the best of luck with that, Serbs are the first victims of that mentality.

Why cant we talk and solve problems like two different independent countrys and live in peace side by side ? I mean serbs dont want anything to do with Albanians and Albanians dont want anything to do with serbs. It seems like the right choice to let them be seperated.. Maybe then they could learn to respect each other on equal basis and live in peace.

Such a generous Serb you are! Do you really think you are offering some sort of agreement where everyone wins?
In this fantasy of "more than autonomy" Answer these questions:
    1. Would it mean that Kosovo could participate in sport organizations under their own name and flag?
    2. Could they negotiate and sign deals with foreign governments without Serbian interference or approval?
    3. Would they be allowed their own security forces to protect themselves from the day when Serbia once again decides to force them out? The attitude today is the same as during Milosevic as Serbs including yourself view it as SERBIAN land. That means more than words, it means that Serbs allow Albanians to live there. This would be up for revocation.
For an agreement such as yours the Albanians would give up:
The recognitions they have received, the possibility of being an equal partner in organizations including the EU. An identity that is their own. The feeling that the loss of their loved ones was not in vain.
    The Serbs would lose???
They would gain the 100+ countries reassessment that Kosovo is within Serbian borders. They would gain the ability to forever have a collar on the Albanians that they could use to control them. It would much be like putting dogs in a fenced yard and allow them to roam freely within that compound. But they would never ever be able to ultimately do anything without the consent of their master.

Sorry buddy. It doesn't work that way. Only a fool would agree willfully to a status of inequality just so we can soothe the Serbian ego or pride. Its nobody's fault that Serbs get so easily but.thurt, humiliated, provoked over just about anything. That is an issue that the collective psyche of your nation needs to deal with. We should not give up our freedom over some abstraction of perceived humiliation of Serb armchair patriots or warpigs residing in Belgrade. Others do not have to adjust their lives because of some Serb complexion. Equal means equal, and that means Kosova a state, separate, and independent; just like Serbia. The moment you include words such as less than, you have raped equality. Freedom tastes the same for a Kosova Albanian just like it does for a Serb. If less than autonomy and greater than independence is so great according to you, then you should suggest for Serbia to become an autonomous region under Kosova. We promise we won't intrude in your affairs. You also avoid humiliation that way.

  25. As I've said, and I am not the only one, there has been no real de-nazification in Serbia - the Milosevic regime continues in ideology and personnel. It would be like post-war Germany pursuing Nazi-era indictments, which they occasionally did (i am not speaking of the Stalinist east)and much to their later embarrassment. Serbia is still led by a bunch of fascists, most of whom were knee deep involved in Milosevic-era policies, and atrocities.

At any rate, now all of Serbia's so called leaders know what awaits them when they try to enter the sovereign country of Kosova.

I have an increasing admiration for Thaci in how he is dealing with the Belgrade regime. At least he knows how to play their game.

It is true that Kosova faces more than its share of problems and obstacles - but at least in part this is a result of Serbia's continuing fascist policies.

The people of the Balkans continue to suffer, yet serbia's "media" continues to promote the same old crap. Bravo...

However, if every country were to pay for their "mistakes" the way Serbia is paying with border change, then what in the world would any country look like? What country has not had "dark" moments? What should be the price for the pogrom the Albanians had several years ago? Some land, perhaps? Maybe a chunk here or there? What I'm saying is everyone's violation against them is the "worst" ever...your's is Milosevic, Serbia's is Nato bombing, Iran's is the sanctions, Ukraine's is Russia, etc...my point is this: Where does it end?
I don't see Serbia ever giving up 15% of their land & I don't see Albanians retractiong their Independence. Then the types of Dacic and Vucic. Thaci will then point out to the court verdict and inform them they will be arrested. Serbia has more to lose when Serb politicians are not allowed in Kosova then the other way around. Serbs as always, acting on emotions rather than logic. This was a test, the occasion where Serbia could show the world that it had separated from its dark past. Thaci could have been allowed in and ignored by everyone, media as well. Instead you decide based on emotions and now you have the cavemen image.

Suddenly, out of no where, this issue of Thaci wanting to come to Belgrade has come up. Who is pushing this and why? It's not like Belgrade extended this invitation. This is certain members of the EU and the US creating this behind the scenes. Serbia has come out now and taken a stand. I guarantee you they are under pressure to let Thaci come and visit, because they want to use that against Serbia as a way to suggest they have recognized Kosovo.

Serbia has taken the right stand here and I hope they stick to their guns. I want nothing but the best for Serbia, and of course I would love to see a European Serbia, but not like this. They are using the EU as a means to harm Serbia and even humiliate the politicians. No other country was asked for anything like this at all. I would like to agree with you and "fruits of independence" should be the key to happiness, but if i did, we would BOTH be wrong.
