BELGRADE, LJUBLJANA Participants in the 3rd Conference of Archives of Slavic Countries have agreed on initial organizational details for a joint UNESCO exhibition. Dubbed "Archives in the Slavic Capitals", the exhibition will open at UNESCO's Headquarters in Paris on May 6, 2013. According to the Historical Archives of Belgrade, the gathering was attended by the representatives of archives from Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Russia, the Serb Republic (RS), and Ukraine. Director of the Historical Archives of Belgrade Dragan Gacic also took part, and was appointed to the organizing council for the exhibition, set up to manage the realization of this project. During the four-day conference, Gacic also conferred with Bojan Cvelfarov, Manager of the Historical Archives of Ljubljana, about a guest appearance of the Historical Archives of Belgrade's permanent exhibition dubbed "Belgrade Through the Centuries" in Ljubljana, as part of the realization of the twinning agreement between the capitals of Slovenia and Serbia.
