The European Union (EU) has not set any new conditions in order for Serbia to be able to join the organization, it was heard in Brussels on Tuesday. "The main condition for opening negotiations with the EU set by the European Council is visible and sustainable improvement of relations with Kosovo," Tanjug quoted a spokeswoman for EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton, Maja Kocijancic.
