Serbian FM Vuk Jeremic has stated that one of the tasks of Serbia's diplomacy in 2011 will be to present the country's internal reforms to the EU. He also pointed out that EU integration would remain Serbia's main strategic goal. FM: Foreign policy won’t change in 2011 “(Serbia's) diplomacy will work on presenting the reforms, and I believe we will be able to complete this successfully and present them in such a way that would ensure the next step in the process of EU integration, that is achieving the candidate status,” the minister told Radio and Television of Serbia. He reiterated that the priorities of Serbia's foreign policy in 2011 would not change and that even their order will remain the same - Europe at the top of the list, followed by Kosovo, the region and economic diplomacy. “When it comes to Kosovo, nothing changed - our goal remains the same, and that is to achieve a compromise solution, which cannot be a result of imposing (one side's views), and the task of diplomacy will be to continue with the activities conducted over the past few years,” Jeremic said. Speaking about the charges regarding illegal trafficking of human organs extracted from kidnapped Serbs in Kosovo and Albania, which were made public in the report drafted by Council of Europe Special Rapporteur Dick Marty, the foreign minister said that these terrifying allegations needed to be examined thoroughly.
