The Anti-Organized Crime Department has arrested six people on suspicion of releasing forged banknotes into circulation in Serbia and EU countries. According to reports from the National Bank of Serbia and the European Center for Banknote Analysis, EUR 2mn worth of notes released into circulation by the gang have been recovered thus far.
