The Supreme Court in Belgrade has rejected an appeal by terrorist suspect Enes Mujanovic. The District Court remanded Mujanovic and Adis Muric for a further 30 days. Wahabbis remanded in custody The two men, members of a Wahabbi group, are accused of terrorism and illegal possession of firearms and explosives. On September 25, 2007, the special prosecution submitted a motion for an investigation to be conducted into a group of wehabbists suspected of the above crimes. The prosecution had previously, on September 14, charged another group of 15 Wahabbists with the same offences, and the investigation to be carried out by the District Court’s special department will establish whether the two groups are linked.
