Parliament to convene Wednesday
Predrag Marković said the meeting's goal was to reach consensus on the need for the parliamentary parties to submit the lists containing the names of their future lawmakers, and to convene the new parliament as soon as possible.The Republic Electoral Commission has last night officially confirmed election results, making way for the new parliament and the new government to be established.
Democratic Party (DS) political council chairman Dragoljub Mićunović told B92 he expected the parliament to convene next week, after which many issues will, in his words, be clearer, including the makeup of the next cabinet.
