My question to him was: is it true you resigned because of the general election of judges in Serbia, and his anwer was, 'yes',” the council president went on to say. She added that she was content with the latest analyses of the work of the courts, especially the appeals courts in Novi Sad, Kragujevac and Nis, saying they were “impressive”. She added that she is not content with the dismissal of charges against the six hooligans that threatened B92 TV journalist Brankica Stankovic, but said that the decision of the second instance court should be heard before any out-of-court conclusions were made.
