Defense Minister Dragan Sutanovac and newly appointed Serbian Army (VS) Chief-of-the General-Staff Lt. Gen. Miloje Miletic were in Nis this Wednesday. Sutanovac said that the army currently has "not detected any military threats," but that it is operating preventively and, therefore, " the citizens have no reason for concern".
