EU ministers say U.S. too alarmist on security Some countries, such as Belgium which has the EU presidency, feel the Americans are being unduly alarmist – and want better communication. “You must have the possibility to anticipate and to know already before it is in the press what will be in the communication,” said Belgian Interior Minister Annemie Turtelboom.
