NIS - An exhibition of pieces of the future Misa Blam Jazz Museum was opened at Nis Fortress on Tuesday evening. NIS - An exhibition of pieces of the future Misa Blam Jazz Museum including the archive material on the development of jazz music in Serbia was opened at Nis Fortress on Tuesday evening. Jazz music exhibition opens at Nis Fortress The exhibition shows only a part of rich archive material on the development of jazz in Serbia from the XX century up to date, which Blam has collected with an ambition to display it in the fist jazz museum in Europe which would hopefully be opened in Serbia. The exhibition also included a poster from 1927 showing Belgrade orchestra Studentski Micky Jazz among whose members was Rafaelo Blam, the father of renowned jazz musician Misa. The exhibition marks the launch of the accompanying program of the Nisville Jazz Festival, which will take place on the Nis Fortress from August 15-18. Tanjug Tanjug
