New evidence against Bosnian general

The investigation of Dudaković, led by the Bosnia-Herzegovina Prosecutor's Office, has already seen about 90 witness interviewed, but most are not willing to testify, Čović said.

“There is video footage of the execution of 34 civilians near a motel in Bosanski Petrovac, and the murders of Serbian refugees in Sanski Most, as well as in Podgrmeča in the summer and fall of 1995,” Čović told the daily.

He also said that survivors of a concentration camp formed by Dudaković's unit are still being interviewed.

Dudaković is suspected of committing war crimes against Bosnian Serbs, most notably in September-October 1995.

“The video, audio and written material gathered thus far will provide a lot of evidence for many crimes,” Čović said.
