War crimes suspect arrested in Bosnia

Predrag Kujundzic, suspected of committing war crimes against Croats and Bosniaks in 1992, was arrested this morning. The State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) made an arrest on Wednesday morning in Doboj in the Republic of Srpska, acting on a warrant issued by the Bosnian Prosecution. War crimes suspect arrested in Bosnia “Kujundzic, born on January 30, 1961, is suspected of committing war crimes against Bosniaks and Croats in 1992 and 1993,” the Prosecution said in a statement. According to the Balkan Insight, he is associated with the "Predini vukovi" ("Predo's Wolves") paramilitary formation which was attached to the Bosnian Serb army in the Doboj area. His name is also on the Hague Tribunal's list of people suspected of aiding war crimes fugitive Radovan Karadzic.
