The concession contract cannot be signed by companies running airports lesser than 450 kilometers from Belgrade.

The selection process will involve two stages: a 60-day stage to collect non-binding bids, starting on when the public call was published in the Official Gazzette, and the next, 75-day period to collect binding bids, starting on the day that a list of qualified bidders is published.

Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic has said that the annual concession revenues might be between 10 ad 11 million euros, in addition to the concession fee of 350 to 400 million euros.
