Economy Minister Mladjan Dinkic says that the government is “well prepared” for the negotiations with International Monetary Fund. He explained that the IMF technical mission had arrived today and that the official talks would start on Monday, October 26. Dinkic: Govt. ready for IMF The IMF mission is here to discuss the second and third revision of the EUR 2.9bn stand-by loan arrangement with Serbia. The mission’s representatives, led by Albert Jaeger, will be in Belgrade until November 4. According to the Finance Ministry, the government will discuss next year’s budget with IMF. The government’s draft budget for 2010 envisions a four percent GDP deficit.
