There will be no economic embargo on Kosovo, Trade Minister Predrag Bubalo says. He told the Tanjug news agency yesterday that the unilateral independence declaration of Serbia’s southern province will not have any effects on the economic relations between Serbia and Kosovo. Bubalo: No economic embargo for Kosovo Bubalo said that Serbia “must, firstly, look after the people who recognize the country of Serbia, who are loyal Serbian citizens and only have their country of Serbia.” He added that Serbia “cannot punish these people because of others within the population.” Bubalo said that the "story of Kosovo in not yet finished, so Serbia cannot impose an economic embargo on part of its territory."
