Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti writes that Vucic and Dacic, who head the ruling SNS and SPS parties, respectively, have given United Serbia (JS) leader Dragan Markovic Palma their consent to "allow tourists to view their figures."

"In order to avoid somebody linking the entry of Vucic and Dacic into the museum that houses the figures of Novak Djokovic and other famous persons, and the (election) campaign, the figures will be moved in after the election," writes the paper.

This will likely coincide with the adding of a wax sculpture of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the museum.

Late last year, Dacic confirmed that Markovic - his coalition partner and the head of the Jagodina municipal assembly - had presented the idea to him and to the prime minister.

At the time, Dacic had this to say:

"I have personally witnessed the ideas and initiatives that he (Matkovic) turned into deeds. The Zoo was his idea, the Aqua Park, the Wax Museum - for which he is now preparing a figure of Vladimir Putin - he also wanted mine and one of Aleksandar Vucic, but I told him, take it easy, we're not museum material yet."
