According to Vucic, great things are being done in the Ovčar-Kablar gorge.

"After the construction of the amphitheater, we will clean the entire lake there, we will make a glass miracle, I will not go there, it is for some braver ones, a glass house will be built where everyone will come, but I won't. It will be a great attraction for people, we are investing major financial means there", said Vučić, who met today with the representatives of the Chinese construction company Power Construction Corporation of China Limited. The meeting followed after the signing of the Commercial Agreement on the design and construction of the access road Gornji Milanovac - Takovo loop, as well as the Framework Agreement on the implementation of projects for the construction of bypasses around Požega, Užice, Loznica and the tunnel under the Kadinjača pass. The agreement was signed by representatives of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Roads of Serbia and Power Construction Corporation of China Limited.

"I think that we have started to build our Serbia stone by stone and we are progressing faster than we expected. What is it that we are signing today? One is a commercial contract on designing and performing works on the construction of the access road Gornji Milanovac - Takovo loop and works there. The bypass around Gornji Milanovac is very important for us, it is the biggest investment for Gornji Milanovac itself in I don't know how many years, in the last two decades... The second thing that was signed is the agreement for the bypass around Uzice, while the tunnel near Kadinjaca is of crucial importance for western Serbia, because it will shorten the road from Uzice to Bajina Basta to half an hour", said President Vucic.

As he added, this relocates vehicles from the center of Uzice.

"Crowds are being reduced, and the air will no longer be polluted at that level. This is a concern for people and not about how Belgrade and Novi Sad will be connected with Montenegro or Zlatibor, but about how people will live in Bajina Basta, Uzice and Pozega. This is a concern for them. What is important for Pozega is that the trucks will not pass through the city center and past the two schools. Finally, we will be incomparably better connected with Tara and Perucac," president said.

He also announced new infrastructure projects. "A bypass will be built around Kragujevac, we will soon sign a contract for that, and not only the bypass, but we will lean the fast road from Vuckovica to Knić on the bypass, to connect Kragujevac with Corridor 11," he said. He reminded that the route Čačak - Pakovraće is in the final phase of construction.

"The only thing that will last longer, until 2025, is the tunnel under Kadinjača. But people have been waiting for that for 80 years, and when I was last there, they didn't believe me, and now we know when the works will be completed. Now, when Čačak gets this road, from Preljina to Pakovraća, when it gets the Čačak - Kraljevo highway, no one has anything to do in the center of Čačak. You go around everything, there are no more crowds, no more big trucks, no more riots, no more traffic chaos", president explained.

The Ambassador of the People's Republic of China, Chen Bo, congratulated everyone on signing the agreement.

"I would like to thank President Vučić for always paying great attention to the cooperation between China and Serbia. These roads are of great importance for local economic development," the ambassador said.
