1. "Now, let me explain it to you on a more personal note. I move in with you into your home, with my entire family..."

The analogy breaks down because the Serbs don't hold an inalienable right to a certain geographical space. It can be bought and sold and negotiated. Albanians are only guilty to the extent that they stole it from Serbs. It is our own fault that we are not having large families.

    (Hoxha, 7 December 2018 20:49)

Hoxha, yeah, war is difficult for everyone. But, more importantly, you have to understand why the war happened. I'll try to explain this as easily as possible. So, the Albanians want to breakaway and take a part of someone else territory by using terror and murder to expel the population, and overbreeding a territory so you have a majority. Then, you get your ass handed to you and you have to beg the US/West/NATO to intercede. Now, let me explain it to you on a more personal note. I move in with you into your home, with my entire family, then I decide I like it there, even though you love your home and have many beautiful memories and religious objects, and then one day I wake up and say "Hoxha, I want a 1/5 of your house because I like being here". Would you let me stay??? You instigated the conflict, now you're crying about how terrible it was - gimme a break bro....

  4. It is really strange to see and read comments from serbs. First of all they talk like they’re the victims. I experienced the war, and most of it was serbian army and para-military criminals killing and massacring civil albanians. The world saw it, too bad that only few of your war criminals have been judged by international courts. How can you guys still lie yourselves? It is almost disturbing to see how an average serb beleives without a doubt that they had the right to kill civilians during Kosovo war.

About “humanitarian crisis”, why those serbs who claim that they’re having difficulties of buying food don’t go to south of Kosovo and buy plenty of it, a lot of good serbs who know their’s ex-state bads do that, and I would like to citate Rada Trajkovic “I feel 100 safer in Prishtina than in Northern Mitrovica”.

You guys are really good at lying yourselves, but that will not help you anymore. The information nowdays is distributed really fast, everyone can learn the truth with few clicks.

Btw, you guys are really luck the war didn’t happen in most recent times, we would send you videos and you would not be able to lie yourselves anymore. But, still you can reach to pictures of albanian babies chocked in blood, killed from serbian army just search “masacra e abrise”

  6. "He has no authority to mandate a Kosovo army."
    (LOL)
He doesn't, but the Kosovo government does and they will make their sovereign decision. They also have the support that matters.

"Kosovo's constitution, which requires anything like this to be signed off by Kosovo's non-Albanian groups"
    (LOL)
I love it how Shkavellat have become such experts in interpreting the constitution of the Republic of Kosovo. You're right, that's the nice way of doing it and Kosovo waited too long in good faith to convince Kosovo Serbs to vote for it, but they wouldn't. The constitution allows for alternative ways and Kosovo will not wait any longer for Serbs to start acting like normal human beings.

    "Downsize Bondsteel and leave"
    (Skenderbeu)
That's fine, that's what Kosovo wants anyways. There's no need for more than one army in Kosovo. Bondsteel is still there as a permanent US base and that's enough to keep the Serbian lunatics from getting any ideas.

  7. Man, you people will grasp at anything remotely positive. Read carefully the statements: first, it's coming from the US "Ambassador" to a territory that just lost another recognition. He has no authority to mandate a Kosovo army. Rather, he's giving an opinion. You know, like the opinion he gave last week that agreed with the rest of the world against Kosovo's self-inflicted economic suicide of imposing taxes on its chief source of goods.

Second, all voices that aren't directly opposed to Kosovo forming an army have unequivocally stated it must be done within line of Kosovo's constitution, which requires anything like this to be signed off by Kosovo's non-Albanian groups, which includes the Serbs. So, it's a nice way of saying "you won't have an army" without actually saying it.

Third, he's really throwing Albanians a bone when he thinks about what little contribution you people can offer to international peacekeeping operations. I mean it would be ironic to see the largest group of people in Europe who run off to join ISIS to now, ostensibly, fight against them.

Amazing how all of you DingDongs interpret table scraps dropped on the floor to be a full course meal from a country that allegedly thinks you're anything other than useful idiots in helping maintain a foothold in SE Europe :)

  10. But but MADAGASCAR!!!!!!!!!! Lol!

Keep your deflection/Madagascar and Kosova will build it’s Army! Strong military means strong borders!

I couldn’t be more proud of Kosova than I am now, theyve really stuck it to the Serbs in a 1 month period. They sent Serbia the price tag for the Interpol delay which will be 450 million euros a year with the 100% tax AND they will declare the Army with FULL US blessings! After they declare it, they can build it up whichever way they want, how fast, how slow etc....Serbia will tire of writing about and complaining about every detail that develops nor will they know everything transforming! Element of surprise will be waiting for Serb invaders👍

    It really is true Serbia...

  11. Kosnett told RTK broadcaster in an interview late on Thursday that "Kosovo's leaders have talked about how the Kosovo Armed Forces could participate in peace-keeping operations overseas."

According to him, they also said that "Kosovo has reached the point where instead of only being a consumer of international security that it can contribute to it."

Tooo Funny!! hardinaj will be outsourcing his cannon fodder, I mean...soldiers too "peacekeeping" operations around the world;)
Meanwhile, international soldiers will be keeping "peace" in "kosovaaaa";)

The average Albanian understands this and can see what is going on..but are powerless to stop the "elite" criminals delegated to be called "kosovaaaaa government".

  12. I think americans are trying to exit Kosovo and the formation of an army would make their move look reasonable. Their war games in Syria are almost over no need for Bondsteel to train terrorists against Asad. Downsize Bondsteel and leave in stages is their exit strategy. Europeans are also anxious to stop financing stupid missions that are not solving anything.

Interesting comment coming from a serb (you see I'm not lowering down my level to yours an call you `Škavel'). Where do you get the energy to talk about conspiracy theories such as those and at the same time you ignore TRUE events such as Srebrenica, Recak massacre, any many more committed by your great country?
    (Begu Begolli, 7 December 2018 11:22)

I would rather look at the "Good faith agreement" words.
If anyone here ever had to deal with American business, employers, partners the "good faith" is something extremely rare.

Americans are very much used to the bad faith. Either as victims or as active supporters of it.

Perjury is very much common - so common, there is no civil cause of action associated with it and criminal prosecution is practically non-existent.

Indeed - every court session, be it civil or criminal begins with oath.
Unless settled out of court, one of the sides has at least one cause of action decided not in their favor: either dismissed or confirmed.

That means, perjury is legally right there. I.e. in the States in every civil case at least one side is legally a liar, usually both.

It is very common for a politician to have legal background.

From an American lawyer words like "good faith" sound oxymoron.
