Pristina: Malawi recognizes Kosovo Albanian media in Kosovo are saying that this is the 64th country to make the decision, "but the first after the debate on the legality of the Kosovo independence proclamation before the Internal Court of Justice (ICJ)". The ICJ earlier this month ended the public hearing in the case, and is expected to rule during 2010.
