The courts in northern Kosovska Mitrovica will reopen on Friday, says UNMIK Deputy Chief David Harland. Stating that this was the result of an agreement between Belgrade and Pristina, Harland said that this would be the first phase where only international judges would work and where only the most urgent cases would be tackled.
