NATO South Wing Commander, U.S. Admiral Harry Ulrich, was visiting Kosovo Saturday. The admiral promised that KFOR will continue to ensure security for all in Kosovo and guarantee stability, the Voice of America reported. Admiral Ulrich - KFOR guarantees stability During a meeting in Pristina, he thanked Kosovo Premier Agim Ceku for the cooperation and support which provisional institutions provided to the NATO troops in the past period. At the meeting, dedicated mostly to the political process, Ceku said that now that the negotiations were entering the final phase, the Kosovo side "demonstrated seriousness" and that throughout the negotiations "Pristina remained more flexible than the other side and made many painful compromises," the VOA said. Reiterating the necessity of NATO's presence in Kosovo, Ceku requested that they "guarantee stability and preservation of territorial integrity of Kosovo."
