MOSCOW Serb Republic (RS) President Milorad Dodik met on Friday in Moscow with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. The two officials discussed "the need to preserve the Dayton Agreement", the leader of the Serb entity in Bosnia-herzegovina told RTRS TV.
