EP official: Agreement should be changed if necessary

During a press conference in Pristina on Wednesday she also spoke about the SAA, Kosovo's failed attempt to join UNESCO, as well as Tuesday's decision of the Constitutional Court to suspend the agreement.

"I do not think it's act a hostile act towards Serbia. It needs to be seen what the Constitutional Court will finally decide," said Lunacek said, adding that this is a topic for the Kosovo parliament, and urged the opposition to return to parliament.

And if the final decision of the court is that agreement on the ZSO is in conflict with the Constitution of Kosovo - then the agreement should be changed, the Austrian MEP said.

Lunacek, who met with top officials and gave a lecture at the university while in Pristina, also said that Kosovo would get visa liberalization, if it was up to her.
