Please tell me that you have not fell to the level of Peggy and others where everything has to be spelled out slowly for you to understand. The opposition was "blocking" it by disrupting the parliament to where there could be no debate or vote. They were claiming it was illegal.
So the president sent it to the constitutional court to verify its legality.
(think about it, 13 November 2015 16:08)

Please don't tell me you have fallen to the level of AI (Albanian Idiot") or the Clown of Kosovo who has trouble with numbers. If you have a majority in parliament, you will pass the vote. If there is a disruption, it is up to the speaker of the house to pass order which includes warnings up to expulsion. If the opposition has enough votes to stall parliament, that is an entirely different manner and they could even shut down parliament like the US Republican congress did to Obama a few years ago. If you are trying to imply that gas, eggs and firecrackers is Albanian style Filibuster, that can only go so long. Examples of filibusters are long reading of bills and other stalling tactics to delay the passing of bills.

This so called "parliament" is corrupt as if the bill was to be passed, then retribution would be taken. Therefore it was shuffled of to a "constitution court" so that Mustafa could hide from more eggs being pelted at him which could easily turn into bullets.

Joni, you had autonomy in Serbia by constitution of 1974. We want same autonomy for the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija that Albanians had in 1974. Dont be a hypocrit!
(RighteousBilly, 13 November 2015 11:05)

If you really want that, then you must agree that in every position in the ZSO the Albanians should have 90% of those jobs, including the highest level positions. Then and only then, you'll have the same autonomy we had. Also, you must agree to have no schools in Serbian, instead lessons should be taught in improvised classes in homes and whoever gets caught teaching those classes gets arrested. You also must agree to tanks being sent to attack the ZSO, houses burned, people killed, women raped, bodies of victims put on refrigerated trucks and thrown in rivers. Bodies of victims burried in mass graves, transported to a different place, burned, then the burned body parts burried in mass graves and buildings built on top of them. You must agree to wait while we deny their existence for a decade, then we ask for money to begin digging. You must agree while those who committed these crimes are hidden by the church, the army, go to weddings in the capital and we say we can't find them. After thousands upon thousands of Serbs are dead, then you will really taste the same autonomy we tasted. If you don't agree to these, then you're the hypocrite.

Croatian Catholics commemorate Pavelic and the Ustasha every year. Serbia's church calls for defensive measures against Albanian threats of war and murder.
Navi, 12 November 2015 20:45

Anyone who supports calls from religious leaders for war is a psycho. Those who minimize Irenej's calls for war are even more psychotic. We all read the news we all got the message. Irenej called for the use of force. A day later he stated that the church blesses defensive wars. Just because a warmonger and a thug like Irenej labels the use of force as a defensive war, it does not make it any less of a war. A war is a war; no adjective can fix its intent. Defensive or not, Irenej called for the death of Albanians, that is the intent of war. He's a fvking priest for fvks sake. Either keep your mouth shut, or preach peace. If not you're just fvcking evil. Anyone that blindly accepts his sermon of evil, death and destruction is total nutcase, a psychopath. Anyone who twists, minimizes, justifies, and denies what we have all heard from the mouth of devil, Irenej himself, is even more of a psycho. No church can call for the use of force on an ethnicity, and not be viewed for what it is, an organized group of war criminals, thugs and psychopaths. No different than ISIS or any other religious group that preaches war. The scum of the earth, and because some other scum advocates it, it still isn't OK, Orthodox, Catholic, Muslim, or not, makes no difference, scummy clericks are scummy clericks.

Well then Serbia should reverse or suspend some of the things it has given in on.
Serbia would be best to STAY OUT of the EU.

The EU is a bureaucratic dictator and they haven't done good for Greece's economy and several other EU countries are having more and more financial problems.

Switzerland is doing well outside the EU and they won't be forced to take the economic migrants from the Middle East and Africa.

The entertainment value on the musings and opinions of this woman alone is worth the money she's been bought and paid for by the Pristina lobby. By her insightful logic, it should also be seen what Serbia's Constitutional Court thinks about Kosovo's unilateral declaration of independence. Nice to know she's suddenly flippant about internationally-brokered agreements. Even nicer to know she'd single-handedly grant Kosovo visa liberalization and contribute to the region's population drop by two-thirds in 48 hours. And here I thought Europe was already buckling under the weight of more than enough Syrian refugees. There better at least be a car park named after her in Pristina at this point :)

The strange thing is that the very same person/ruling parties who were responsible for signing the agreement later sent it to the court. Usually an opposition party asks the court if a new law/agreement installed by the government is in line with the constitution.

But well, it's the Balkans, and Mr Dodik in Bosnia filed a lawsuit against himself recently, to shed light on corruption allegations.

(Comm. Parrisson, 12 November 2015 11:28)

To a point I agree that this should have been maybe sent to Constitutional court right away, however no one should be upset it went there. As agreement calls for it it will be there again after the Statue is ready will be round #2 what is written in statue to be rev, this is 100% normal.

Its a sensitive issue that should make sure that its not segregating but just giving Serb the opportunity to manage their daily lives, as this is the intention. Serbia agreed That legal framework in all of Kosovo to be Kosovo law and now its just being reved.

Serbian politicians are asking for condemnation but what EU politician or body can say this: No do not make sure its within the law or your constitution and Serbia should know this well following the law has its own chapter in EU accession negotiations.

I know its strange for Balkan political elite to think about laws as Both sides in this case treat the law as option however this is very democratic and Serbs from Kosovo should support it 100% as this gives JCC 100% legitimacy, and if they are against it this means they have ulterior motives.

Even a first year law student will tell you that an agreement is an agreement. Personally I hope they tear up the agreement and return to zero, but somehow I can see it happening LOL. They are just jerking the Albos chains before telling them they have to obey LOL.

Well, would like like to negotiate with a party and find an agreement after months and months of negotiations, then sign them, and later one side telling you that they cannot do the things agreed to? It's pointless in my opinion.

"Lunacek, who met with top officials and gave a lecture at the university while in Pristina, also said that Kosovo would get visa liberalization, if it was up to her."

So let's be glad that it's NOT up to her, but depends on fulfilling all clearly defined standards and procedures which are needed for Visa liberalization, which are NOT fulfilled in the case of Kosovo.

"To a point I agree that this should have been maybe sent to Constitutional court right away, however no one should be upset it went there."
(Bilbao, 12 November 2015 13:07)

The strange thing is that the very same person/ruling parties who were responsible for signing the agreement later sent it to the court. Usually an opposition party asks the court if a new law/agreement installed by the government is in line with the constitution.

But well, it's the Balkans, and Mr Dodik in Bosnia filed a lawsuit against himself recently, to shed light on corruption allegations.

Where else but Serbia does the head of the church advocate war and murder.
(European Christian, 12 November 2015 17:10)

Croatian Catholics commemorate Pavelic and the Ustasha every year. Serbia's church calls for defensive measures against Albanian threats of war and murder. Try reading the news instead of blindly responding to it.

If you go back and read the course of events, you will see that the opposition has been blocking everything and the President sent it to the Constitutional Court to end the impasse, so this is no sign of corruption, it was the only way to move forward.

What on Earth is this snout-in-trough,career gravy-train passenger talking about? Navi makes a valid point when describing the raw deal Serbs got of this charade in Brussels. The whole fiasco needs consigning to the waste-basket of history as does this pathetic attempt to sequester the province of Kosovo away from Serbia. There's a UN Resolution,we all know about, that clearly confirms to which country Kosovo belongs. Enough said !!

I agree. Serbs in Kosovo need more rights and autonomy than they were given. Thanks to Lunacek, this is now possible.
(Navi, 12 November 2015 16:13)

My dear Serbian minority in Kosovo - you have all the "rights" a minority should have in one country and even some more - which violates the Kosovo Constitution - so the agreement should be changed - IMMEDIATELY!
Autonomy???
When Albanians in Serbia will have the autonomy - then you "maybe" must have it to.

So nothing to see here

You didn't get the point, I said it's the EU/EU commission/EU parliament that decides about Visa liberalization, and it depends on criteria and precedures, and not on the personal opinion or wishful thinking of any single person, not on Mrs Lunacek, and of course not on me.

Visa liberalization for Kosovo is fine for me, if these criteria are met and the needed procedures are observed, not more, and not less-
