Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin started the campaign for parliamentary elections on Tuesday in the town of Novorossiysk. He was accompanied by bikers while riding his three-wheeler Harley Davidson. Not only are you having fun riding your bikes, you are also doing it with patriotism," Putin said. His United Russia party is the favorite to win the parliamentary vote, scheduled for December 4.
