Judges Moloto, Harhoff and Lattanzi, hearing the case against Rasim Delic, will visit the sites in central Bosnia this week. The locations are said to be relevant for the proceedings against the former commander of the Bosnian Army Main Staff. Hague judges visit sites in Bosnia The judges will be accompanied by the prosecutors and defense counsel. The delegation from the Hague Tribunal will visit the villages of Bikosi and Maljine. According to the indictment, on June 8, 1993, the Mujahideen shot to death 25 Croatian civilians and HVO soldiers. They will also visit the village of Livade and the Kamenica camp, where Serb prisoners were killed and mistreated. Another site mentioned in the indictment against Delic is the Thirteenth Kilometer, where the Mujahideen had set up their camp where they gathered before and after action, as the prosecution witnesses testified. Rasim Delic is charged on the basis of command responsibility for failure to prevent or punish the crimes committed by the El Mujahid Detachment between the summer of 1993 and the end of the war in Bosnia.
