A man was arrested near the town of Banja Luka, RS, on suspicion that he committed genocide in Srebrenica in 1995. The suspect was identified as Dragan Crnogorac. Srebrenica suspect arrested in RS The 38-year-old was taken into custody by members of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Agency for Investigations and Protection. A Bosnian prosecution spokesman in Sarajevo said the man was suspected of committing genocide against Bosniaks (Muslims) in Srebrenica, and that the arrest came on the order of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Prosecution.
