A hotel in the Romanian mountain resort of Sinaia, has been closed after 40 law students caught the H1N1 virus. 260 foreign and Romanian students were there for a conference when a tourist staying at the hotel refused to be hospitalized for two days after it was confirmed she was suffering from swine flu.
