The head of the Bosnian Joint Armed Forces HQ says that not a single item of weaponry went from Bosnia to Georgia. Miladin Milojcic said there had been no sales of arms or military equipment to foreign buyers, and believed that it had all been speculation. Bosnia: No arms to Georgia “In any case, that cannot be a legal job, and in theory, the only thing that’s possible is for a buyer to sometimes resell armaments,” he explained. “As far as the Armed Forces are concerned, we have all locations containing armaments under control,” said Milojcic in an interview for Banja Luka daily Nezavisne Novine. Asked whether there had been any attempt to sell any 'Hurricanes' to Georgia, he said that that was “an old story that wasn’t just going last year.” “However, we gave up on that when a number of countries in the region suggested to Bosnia-Hercegovina that, in a political sense, this would not be a good move,” he said.
