Serb-Hungarian relations "on upward trajectory"

They "conferred on important infrastructure projects in Serbia, particularly on the projects that will be partly realized in Vojvodina, and other issues of importance for the citizens in the province."

Pasztor "expressed satisfaction over realization of infrastructure projects, stressing that construction of railways and roads will lead to a greater number of investments and employment rise."

Pasztor, who is also the leader of the Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians - a party gathering ethnic Hungarians in Serbia's northern province - spoke with the prime minister about "relations between Serbs and Hungarians."

They "agreed that that relations between the two peoples are on an upward trajectory, adding that with understanding of the past events, Serbs and Hungarians are now turned to the European future and wish to have the closest possible relations."
