BELGRADE Aleksandar Vucic has said that a majority of dubious privatizations in Serbia will be investigated by the end of the year. At the same time, he asserted that politicians who break the law "will be punished just like anyone else". "Law to be enforced on politicians as well" "We will investigate all dubious privatizations. Not only the 24 of them which are mentioned in the EC report, but also other cases that we know. We respect Europe, but we are doing this for ourselves. We will finish most of the job by the end of the year,” the first deputy PM and defense minister told Belgrade-based tabloid Kurir. He also confirmed that Serbia's previous government was familiar with this problem, but that "virtually half of its members were involved". Vucic underlined that the Agrobanka affair case was "not even near the end". Asked whether "the arrest list" included former PM Mirko Cvetkovic, Vucic said that there was no arrest list, but rather a case, and that "the prosecutors know who the persons involved are, and have the best insight into the case". Vucic underlined that there wold be "no more pressures to exempt someone from being arrested", adding that "politicians will not be above the law as they are just ordinary people". Commenting on a statement by EP Rapporteur Jelko Kacin that the state was "racketeering citizens", Vucic said that he "knows very well what Kacin means", and that he "told no lie at all". Snažno nevreme stiže u Srbiju

U većem delu Srbije će danas pre podne biti pretežno sunčano, toplo, suvo i vetrovito, uz olujnu košavu u Beogradu, na jugu Banata, u Pomoravlju i donjem Podunavlju, a već u poslepodnevnim satima biće kratkotrajne kiše ili pljuskova.
