The Administration for the Execution of Penitentiary Sanctions says it is ready for Sretko Kalinic's extradition from Croatia. However, the institution's director, Milan Obradovic, did not specify what prison the gangster would be sent to, but noted that he would not join his fellow Zemun Clan criminals who are also incarcerated at this time. Jail ready for Zemun gangster Before he is extradited to Serbia, Kalinic will appear before a court in Croatia, where he is charged with forging documents in order to obtain Croatian citizenship. In Serbia, the charges against him include involvement in the assassination of Zoran Djindjic, and 19 other murders. For this, he received a total of 70 years in prison in two separate trials in absentia. Media are speculating that Kalinic, who was arrested in Croatia in June after spending seven years on the run, could be handed down the first-degree sentence for forgery in Zagreb as soon as on Tuesday.
