Trade Minister Slobodan Milosavljevic said yesterday that conditions had been met for food prices to be decreased in Serbia. “I expect that in the next several months the prices of flour, bread, meat and meat by-products and almost all agricultural-food products will decrease,” Milosavljevic told reporters at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (PKS). Food prices should drop, says minister He said that the reason for the lower prices would be a good year for agriculture in Serbia and more products on the market than the consumers are demanding. Milosavljevic said that he expects that the prices of other products would be stable until the end of the year and that only prices of fuel "cannot be influenced".
