The agreement on forming a joint company for construction of the pipeline, which is due to be signed by Gazprom and Srbijagas by May 15, will confirm that the headquarters of the new Serbian-Russian company will be located in Switzerland and that the new mixed company will begin a feasibility and profitability study for the entire project.
