Coca-Cola HBC [CCHS] has made a profit of EUR 17.7mn last year – 33 percent up on 2006. The data, published by the Belgrade Stock Exchange (BSE), adds that both the company's revenues and expenditure rose 29 percent in 2007. Coca-Cola's Serbia profit over EUR 17mn The company's Serbian operation, HBC (Hellenic Bottling Company), active in the country since 1997, saw the value of its shares listed at the BSE reach RSD 5,999 last year. Balkaninvest Holding owns a 89 percent stake in Coca-Cola HBC. The company says it invested more than EUR 150mn in production in the past ten years, employing some 1,000 workers. Beside the six Belgrade-based production lines for its basic product, Coca-Cola HBC also owns Vlasnika, an eastern-Serbian based mineral water plant, and Subotica's Fresh & Co fruit juice producer.
