The Privatization Agency called Thursday a tender for the sale of a number of hotels owned by Genex. The hotels include Grand and Suncani Vrhovi on Mt. Kopaonik, as well as the Hotel Continental and the Genex Business-Apartments Complex in Belgrade. Parts of Genex officially up for sale Restaurant Zvrk and the residential units on Mt. Kopaonik, as well as the residential units Raska, the tennis court and power plant in Belgrade will be also offered for sale, the Belgrade daily Politika reported. The minimal price of the Kopaonik hotel complex and the residential units in Raska is set at EUR 45mn. The lowest price that will be accepted for the Continental Hotel, the Genex Business-Apartments Complex, and the tennis court and power plant in Belgrade will be EUR 85mn. The tender date has been set for March 31, 2008.
