As he said, they discussed whether there was a way to reach a compromise solution.

"It is something that cannot leave you indifferent, depriving you of the opportunity to do other good things," said Vučić.

"A very complicated situation awaits us after November 21. Kurti is trying to expel the Serbs from their hearths with unilateral moves," said Vučić.

“It is their baby, their child they are looking out for. It is clear that the Germans are the ones providing them with support for all illegal acts, and Great Britain – outside the European Union,” said Vucic.

About the big arrest operation, Vučić said:

"These people are mainly connected to the preparations and attempted murder and dealings with narcotics. We are talking about people who wanted the death of me and my children, as well as others. But it is not my safety that is threatened, but the safety of our people in Kosovo and Metohija."

He said Borrell and Lajcák told him what they spoke about earlier in the day with Kosovo Prime Minister Kurti and added that they were not optimistic following that talk.

He added that it is difficult to find a rational proposal for overcoming the crisis in Kosovo when “you know who is responsible, and you know he enjoys protection from very, very powerful countries that tell him to do whatever he wants. What can Borrell do? Kurti will always have support from Germany and Great Britain,” Vucic concluded.

"Serbia will not give up any part of its own territory. Let's try to find a compromise solution. It is easy to trade in other people's territories. What are some people waiting for in Europe? They are waiting for Serbia to make a mistake... The first time, for example, that the Serbs respond to the violence in Pristina, then the Serbs will be to blame," said Vučić. Vučić also spoke about the meeting with Katalin Novák. "We talked about everything, the upcoming winter, gas, our relations are at an all-time high. We had a good conversation," he said.
