The human factor was at fault in the escape attempted by prisoners and members of the Zemun Clan crime gang Sretko Kalinic and Zeljko Milanovic. "So far we have established that some oversights occurred in the work of members of the Administration, i.e. negligence, and the investigation will determine whether it was anything more than that," Obradovic said. He said seven guards have been suspended, and five of them detained in custody.
