Three Serbs arrested in Kosovo

According to the newspaper, the three have been arrested on suspicion of having forcibly appropriated two vehicles by making gun threats to their owners.

During the interrogation they allegedly admitted to numerous thefts committed since 2000 in the Serb-populated residential areas of Kosovo.

The same source said that Priština District Prosecution Office also identified the forth suspect, who is still on the run.

Members of the criminal group were exposed after having hijacked a car from a Serb on February 19.

One of the suspects reportedly confirmed that the same group tried to steal two more vehicles, also owned by Serbs, on the same day.

The criminal complaint filed against the group reportedly says that the suspects carried out several armed robberies on the territory of Gračanica and in settlements in Kosovo Polje.
