EU welcomes "peaceful conduct of elections in Kosovo" This is what Maja Kocijancic, a spokeswoman for European foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton, has told Tanjug. Kocijancic added that Ashton will make an official statement concerning the elections after the European observers’ report arrives. Kocijancic could not directly answer the question of whether Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic will discuss formation of a community of Serb municipalities at a meeting with Ashton and Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci in Brussels on Thursday.
