No doubt that is a big minus, but there have been improvements in the carrying of elections. No doubt you were expecting a massive thumbs down from observers, it didn't happen and that seems to have killed a part of you. Ah well, we go on breathing. By the way, why do you keep bringing Albania into it? What is it with you and Albanians?

Well, I always honor improvements. Hey, just today I read about the 'improved' position of Kosovo in the list of the most corrupt countries published by transparance international: In 2013, Kosovo managed to 'improve' its position from #105 to #111, and is now on par with Ethopia and Tanzania.

Little hint: #1 is the least corrupt country. But I always said: Kosovo suits better to Africa than to Europe, in many aspects.

P.S: And again, Albania is the most corrupt country in Europe, on #116.

"Wow, I thought Albanians were not able to hold free, fair, and peaceful elections. "

Yes, you thought right. The first elections organized by Kosovo Albanian authorities some years ago were far from any standards, full of manipulation, threads, intimidation, faked voters lists, bought votes and everything you can imagine. Thaci's candidate in his home clan region was elected by 115% of the voters, that says it all.

Not without a reason Albania was the most corrupt country in Europe last year, followed by 'Kosovo' and Moldova.

I think that Serbian Government in Belgrade deserves respect here from EU officials, because it has contributed very much for a such a thing to happen.
