Venezuelan opposition leader Enrique Capriles Radonski held a rally in Caracas on the occasion of the formal submission of his presidential candidacy. The gathering was attended by tens of thousands of supporters, who were escorted Capriles to the seat of the National Council, where he presented his candidacy.
