Beko Balkans intends to employ over 100 people in Serbia
Addressing a news conference on Thursday, Beko Balkans Director Arel Atakol recalled that the company has been doing business in Serbia for 12 years now and it even opened a regional centre in the area.He noted that Beko Balkans currently ranks second in terms of sale of electronic and household appliances on the Serbian market and that its strategic aim is to reach the top position in 2018.
Serbian Minister of Trade and Tourism Rasim Ljajic noted that the expansion of operations of Beko Balkans would help the trade between Serbia and Turkey exceed USD 1billion, and underscored that this is the golden era for the two countries' economic relations.
