The military wing of Islamic Jihad, al-Quds Brigades, claimed responsibility for the rocket attacks, Ynetnews reported. Five rockets landed in the western Negev desert region Sunday. Also Sunday, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert set aside about $90 million to reinforce homes located along the border with Gaza.
