However, ruling Democrats (DS) say they will nevertheless be the ones to form the local government in this central Serbian town. SNS comes out on top in local vote After the repeated voting at one polling station on Sunday, due to irregularities seven days before, SNS and SPS lost one seat each, while Serb Radicals (SRS) managed to cross the threshold and will now be represented in the municipal assembly, it was announced. DS won 20.69 percent of votes and ten seats, New Serbia has 7.09 percent and 2 seats, while SNS can now count with 12 councilors in the local assembly after winning 25.11 percent of the overall vote. The Socialists (SPS) won 14.30 percent of votes and will have six seats in the assembly, while DSS, G17 Plus will have three each. LDP and SRS can each count on being represented with two councilors in the new local assembly. The election commission announced that two citizen groups and the Serbian Renewal Movement (SPO) did not cross the five percent threshold. Meanwhile, local DS officials say that the party will put together the new local administration in coalition with SPS, G 17 Plus, and LDP.
