Pajtić receives CoE award
President of the Vojvodina Executive Council Bojan Pajtić on Tuesday received the award of the Council of Europe Congress of Local and Regional Authorities.

President of the Vojvodina Executive Council Bojan Pajtic on Tuesday received the award of the Council of Europe Congress of Local and Regional Authorities. Pajtic was recognized for his contribution to encouragement to women's entrepreneurship, the CoE said during its fall session in Strasbourg. Pajtic receives CoE award "I come from the only European region which has six official languages and which we frequently call small Europe," said Pajtic, accepting the award from Congress President Yavuz Mildon. "We are determined to preserve this European character of our region and to apply top European standards in all fields," said he. Vojvodina is one of six European regions to receive the newly established CoE award for the promotion of social cohesion through economic development.
